About Jade Byrne

Hi, I'm Jade! (She/They)

I'm a UI/UX designer who is passionate about creating inclusive, purposeful, and empowering designs and solutions. I have experiences in health, education, LGBTQ+, diversity & inclusivity topics. I have the skills to work through the entire design process, from research, wireframing and mockups to, prototyping, and usability testing. With this knowledge, I've been able to create more inclusive and considerate solutions.

I attended the University of Gloucestershire in the United Kingdom, studying Digital Media and Web Technologies. Learning topics like web design & development, 3D animation, graphic design, UI / UX design, augmented reality, and cinematography. I graduated with a Bachelor's degree with Honours. After University, I continued my education in UI / UX design by attending a Springboard program. The course furthered my skills in UI/UX design giving me resources and connections in the field.

Outside of work and education, I enjoy creating digital art and sewing. While I'm not drawing or arguing with my sewing machine, I experiment with different mediums such as photography, 3d modelling, and video editing.
